ABBY UPDATE: 8/2010
Abby, as she is known around the barn, has been lazing about in the stall or pastures. Its time to get her back to the show ring. Our last show is this September in Linglestown, PA.I have figured her out.... she's 100% Spoiled ! Her former owner spoiled her, and yes, I have spoiled her by Not standing up to her and insisting that she trot on when in harness. Abby figures she has me well trained- but not any more. She tries to scare me by threatening to rear up in harness, by backing when I ask her to stand still, and I'm sure she will come up with some other brainy ideas yet.
So its back to work for Abby.... I hope she and I can come to a pleasant understanding of how things are going to be.

Wolf River Fashion, aka "Abby" was a Christmas gift from my husband in 2003. His surprise was that we would go to the PA Draft Horse Sale, and what ever horse I chose would be mine !! It was this little black mare that I fell in love with almost instantly................
